The Canyon Master features our all new Hydroflow GEN 3 hull, which extends the waterline hull length by 150mm from our GEN 2 hull allowing increased stability in the stern and faster hole shot performance, plus you now also get more boat for your money. Additionally we have a redesigned chine section allowing increased hull lift allowing improved fuel economy and performance, along with wider running planks on the sponsons which gives the ability to run at lower RPM and increased planning time. All up the Hydroflow GEN 3 hull is the most advanced hull we have ever built.

The latest offering from Sailfish Catamarans, the ALL NEW Sailfish Canyon Master follows the on from the success of its smaller sister the Shelf Runner, to offer boaters an enormous cockpit matched with a overnight cabin. With unheralded on-water performance, this is a boat that dedicated blue water anglers will relate to.

With a length overall of 8.20m and beam of 2.45m this is a decent sized catamaran. Dual 190 litre fuel tanks ensure this cat has the legs to head a long way offshore and troll all day long. According to Gavan Daly at Webbe Marine, the Canyon Master has been developed in direct response to customer feedback.What we discovered when we made the adjustment was that they actually still wanted a cabin that could provide enough space for an afternoon nap. The Canyon Master has a cabin big enough to sleep 2, with a layout that is both user friendly and comfortable. The new fore – aft bunks and standard electric toilet has made the Canyon Master a boat for all occasions, especially with a cockpit that is actually 2.2m square. All round this rig is a winner.

Sailfish has developed a new hull shape for the Canyon Master, the Hydroflow Gen 3 hull. The entry of the sponsons has been enhanced to deliver easier planning without compromising a soft entry when operating in rough water. Moving aft, the sponsons have been widened to enable the hull to float higher in the water. As a consequence, hull drag is reduced with the upside being a 3 knot increased performance with better fuel economy.

Hull stability remains as solid as ever. The sponsons are manufactured from durable 5mm aluminium plate with 25 mm keels. Foam filled sponsons are not only a great safety feature, but ensure that hull noise is kept to a minimum. This hull will power through virtually any conditions with safety and confidence.Stepping on board the Sailfish Canyon Master, the initial feeling is one of space. The helm position provides excellent all round vision, with the well-appointed dash accommodating all the essential engine monitoring gauges plus the electronics which are an essential aspect of blue water fishing. Elsewhere there is a generous kill tank plus ample storage.

The Sailfish Canyon Master is available in a standard hardtop configuration. Hardtop boats are experiencing a big surge in popularity as it extends the fishing season for anglers who want to fish in tougher weather conditions. Performance is exceptional.
