To celebrate Sailfish’s 25^th Anniversary, the team sat down to create a new boat that was the perfect blend of what customers have wanted over the years and customer trends is heading in the future.

The 2800 Hydroflow Gen 3 hull was chosen as the platform for this special project and the 2800 Gamefisher was born. As a proven performer, both recreational and commercially this hull can do it all and has allowed Sailfish to create a boat that will have every fisherman wishing they had one.

When you take the helm in the 2800 Gamefisher you will be instantly impressed with the visibility through the huge forward windows and ventilation that comes from the sliding side windows. The generous dash layout will accommodate the largest of modern screens and the throttle position will ensure you can spend a full day at the helm in comfort.

The forward cabin has been designed to offer generous bedding with cavernous storage under and a full flush toilet. The cabin is lockable so whether you are overnighting or just filling the cabin with your fishing gear it will always be secure.

The rear cockpit of this boat where this boat starts to set itself apart from the crowd. The extended hardtop roof provides much need shade for a long day on the water whilst falling short enough from the back transom to allow you to fight a marlin for hours.

The central bait station is the focal point of this cockpit and features generous cutting board surface, sink, grab rail, 3 x drink holders, storage box, knife holder, deck wash outlet, room for esky under and a removable seat.

Once the fish are on board, two huge underfloor kill boxes that are fully guttered and drained externally will keep the catch out of the sun and your boats floor clean and uncluttered. Add two huge110lt fibreglass eskies that double up as seats to this and you have enough food / drink / catch storage for extended fishing trips out to your favourite reef or fishing spot.

At the transom there are 2 live bait tanks, salt water deck wash, burley bucket and a fantastic walkout at the transom that function as a great fish fighting platform or an area for the kids, young and old to jump into the magnificent waters this country has to offer.

As with all Sailfish Catamarans quality inclusions dominate throughout the boat from the Lonestar drum winch at the bow to your choice of Yamaha or Honda engines at the stern and everything in between.
